Digital delivery policy

LumaKit Studio sells digital LUT products only. No physical item is shipped, and no shipping carrier or tracking number is used.

Delivery method

After a successful checkout, your digital file is delivered through Shopify Digital Downloads. You should receive an order confirmation email and a download email or download access instructions.

Delivery time

Digital delivery is usually automatic and begins shortly after checkout is completed. Email delivery time can vary depending on your email provider, spam filters, and payment processing.

Download access

Downloads may be subject to a download limit. Please save your purchased files in a secure location after downloading.

Missing download email

If you do not receive your download email, check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact akillracing@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email.
