Refund policy

LumaKit Studio sells digital LUT products. Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final once the download has been delivered or accessed.

When we can help

Please contact us at akillracing@gmail.com with your order number if:

• You did not receive the download email.
• The download link does not work.
• The file is corrupted or incomplete.
• You accidentally placed a duplicate order for the same digital product.

When there is a delivery or file access issue, we will first try to provide a working download link or replacement file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Non-refundable situations

We usually cannot refund a digital product because of a change of mind, incompatibility caused by unsupported software, or because a LUT does not match every clip or lighting condition. LUTs are creative tools and results depend on source footage, exposure, white balance, camera settings, and editing workflow.
