How to use LUTs
How to use LumaKit Studio LUTs
Use this LUT pack as a fast cinematic starting point for DJI creator footage, then make small adjustments for each clip.
Basic workflow
- Import your DJI Pocket 3 / Pocket 4, Osmo Action, Mini, Mavic, or other DJI footage into your editing app.
- Correct exposure and white balance first.
- If you shoot in DJI D-Log M, use your preferred color-management or Rec.709 conversion workflow before adding a creative look.
- Apply the LumaKit Studio creative LUT.
- Reduce or increase LUT intensity until the image feels natural.
- Fine tune contrast, saturation, shadows, and highlights.
Recommended apps
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut, if your version supports LUT import
Compatibility notes
- These are creative
.cubeLUTs, not official DJI technical conversion LUTs. - Best results come from clean source footage with reasonable exposure and white balance.
- Do not force the LUT to 100% on every clip. Adjust per scene.
